In some regions like Punjab, the abduction period is not considered to be very important, so there the festival of Rakhi is usually celebrated only in the medieval period, but according to the scriptures, Raksha Bandhan cannot be made only when Bhadra Muhurta is there, no matter what and why to be in position.
