Job Summary: Ksrtc is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping vulnerable individuals and families in the tamil nadu district to access the support and resources they need to improve their lives. As a Social Worker, you will work closely with other professionals and community organizations to identify and address the needs of the most disadvantaged members of our society.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals and families
- Develop individualized service plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Provide counseling and support to clients, including crisis intervention when necessary
- Collaborate with community organizations to provide resources and support to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided
- Advocate for the rights and needs of clients • Perform other related duties as assigned
Age Limit – 18 TO 45 Years
Qualifications: • 10th, 12th or a related field
