AIMS Portal – Check RESS Salary Slip, Railway Employee, Download Pay Slip Here: The Indian Ministry of Railways has developed an online portal, AIMS – Accounting Information Management System, to digitize the payroll processing and financial work of railway employees. What is an AIMS portal?

AIMS, short for Accounting Management System, is an online web-based platform to facilitate payroll administration and other activities related to the financial work of Indian Railways employees. Previously known as IPA’s Integrated Payroll and Accounting System, AIMS maintains records of employee pay slips, credits and attendance along with other payroll data for contractors and employees themselves.

Users can find out about their biological data, payroll processing, loans, pensions, budgets, health insurance and more.

Registered employees can also get pay slips with their electronic devices without having to physically go to administration and accounting.

  • Applicants must ensure that the mobile number is active and the date of birth is updated on the AIMS portal.
  • One-time SMS approval is required to receive regular SMS notifications.
  • For SMS approval: Enter “SMS START” and forward to 09821736069 from the registered mobile number.
  • First, employees must visit the official AIMS portal. On the home page, click the Employee Self Service link.
  • You can visit the official website of the RESS portal directly.
  • A new page will open. Click Register New User
  • Clicking the link will take you to the next page. Enter the data required for registration such as employee number, mobile number and date of birth. Finally, click the Submit button.
  • The system automatically checks the entered data and passes the initial password to the registered mobile number.
  • Users can now access the RESS portal with the employee number and password sent by the system. After logging in, users must change their password for security reasons.
