• Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals and families
•  Develop individualized service plans to help clients achieve their goals
•  Provide counseling and support to clients, including crisis intervention when necessary
•  Collaborate with community organizations to provide resources and support to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
•  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided
• Advocate for the rights and needs of clients • Perform other related duties as assigned

Age Limit – 18 TO 40 Years

Qualifications: • 10^th, 12^th , Degree or a related field
